I am excited we have had some actual replies on my first co-owned web site. http://www.LetsReply.com I am a pessimist by nature so I am assuming this will fail. This is however the first web site I have been personally involved in and I am so worried about whether it will take off or not. The key is keep it simple.

Exciting News

This is the first post I have made for a very long time. Thank the good lord my wife who has been ill for the last many months is now better. As a family man, obviously my focus is always home and family first, work second. After a few minor setbacks in my working life, I am back to doing what I love.

Thats right boys and girls (and fuzzy little animals), solutions for the technology impaired. Happily enough I believe there are a lot of different concepts just waiting to happen and so many small businesses with such huge potential. Their only stumbling block is getting it to work in the technology world.

I am not interested in the large scale development budgets and the large scale developments as there is a special skill set and a certain amount of patience required. 95% of these projects fail before they even get off the ground. Dont get me wrong these projects have their place but not in my life.

Lets stick with simple small solutions. Forget planning and planning and 2 years worth of development, rather, lets hit the ground running. I am by nature an impatient man, lets get this working and lets get it working now. The only way to have a successful "product' is to refine it in the marketplace.

AGILE development is the only way forward. This is where economies are made and broken.
